Directorbank launches new branding and website to reflect the evolution of its business, people and markets

2014 was a busy and successful year for Directorbank. We saw a significant increase in the number of PE portfolio search assignments for executive and non-executive directors, and we continued to play a key role in pre-deal situations by placing numerous chairmen across the year on behalf of our PE clients.

Our networking events were a huge success with over 500 investment guests and senior directors joining us, and we also saw an increase in the number of retained search assignments from both privately-owned and Aim-listed businesses looking for entrepreneurial candidates for their boards.

We had some pivotal moments too. A successful refinancing exercise enabled the management team to take a major stake in the business, and in support of our increased placement activity we made further investment in our research capabilities and the continued growth of our team of search consultants. Additionally, following an insightful feedback exercise, we transformed our private equity events programme to ensure relevance, quality and continued value for our guests.

We have also been busy reviewing our brand to ensure it appropriately reflects the evolution of our business, people and markets. As part of this, we have launched a fresh and more dynamic website and branding. We hope you like it.
