Faye began her executive search career in a research role with Berwick Partners, a division of Odgers Berndtson. She joined Directorbank in 2014, becoming Head of Research in 2016 and then Consultant in 2021. She works across sectors and roles, in SMEs and private equity-backed businesses, bringing a key focus on market and candidate mapping to ensure a thorough search process. She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds and holds a qualification in psychometric assessment.
