Marie-Thérèse Meurer joined Directorbank’s Frankfurt team in January 2022 as a researcher. She is working closely with Consultants in Germany across all sectors and provides essential support in mapping, sourcing and qualifying relevant candidates for senior Executive as well as Non-Executive roles via desk research and initial approaches/interviews. She is closely involved throughout the search process and ensures quality of process, timely reporting and – together with the consultants – feedback to candidate and clients.

Prior to her work at Directorbank, Marie-Thérèse received a Masters degree from the Universität Siegen and a Bachelor degree in Governance from the University College Cork, Ireland. She also worked as an intern in the European Parliament in 2017.
