Once the brief was agreed, Lewis provided us with a comprehensive candidate list and timeline. Weekly updates and candidates screening made sure that the process was kept to its original timetable. After a few weeks we identified a short list of five high calibre candidates that was eventually reduced to two finalists. We have now secured our appointment and the process took about three months.
